[Re: [oc] Conventions]

Hi,
I agree with you about the coding conventions it is so important

I am now preparing some tips on VHDL coding and some naming conventions. I
want to try to make it compatiable with most free VHDL tools "Alliance,
Savant, gEDA ...."

This kind of work is part of OpenIPCore project and we are discussing it there
with the Core interfaces.

You can find some links at the openipcore pages
http://www.openip.org/oc/ipi.html

Anyhow, OpenMore is a core evaluation tool and does not has any coding style
tips. I think we should also do something like it but after the definition of
ip cores design reuse issues and coding style

I do not agree to reserve it for members only but we can do some logging on
who accessed it or view it

Great.

Also check OpenMORE rating and see what they think about good coding style
and conventions (http://www.openmore.com).

I don't see why it should be 'member only'.
